Here at Commando Fitness we go back to basics. It doesn't matter if you’re a fitness fanatic or a fitness first timer, Commando Fitness will help motivate you to reach your goals. Whether this will be in weight loss, increased muscle definition or to become a generally healthier and fitter person we can achieve this in the beautiful surroundings of Farnham Park.
We can help you improve your fitness in just 8 weeks. We achieve this by using Military style outdoor circuit programs which will blitz away excess body fat, tone, firm and awaken new muscles you didn't even know existed
The military techniques incorporated into our Bootcamp circuits include interval, aerobic, body weight, boxing and standard weight training. Each and every circuit will have a mixture of these methods to ensure it is varied, challenging and exhilarating.

All of the exercises we do have multiple difficulty levels, along with explanations and demonstrations to ensure you get the best out of our circuit.
