No matter if you're seventeen or seventy, it's always a good time to get outside and become more active. Personal Training Sessions with Commando Fitness are fun, varied and rewarding.
At Commando Fitness we offer 1 hour Personal Training, Group Training and Team Training sessions. We train in all weather conditions and in all environments.
Your Personal Training sessions are unique to you. Before your first session we will conduct a Free Initial Appraisal to discuss your goals, breaking them down to manageable targets to aid the design of your program.
Below are a range of goals we have helped our clients achieve:
- Losing weight by a certain date e.g. weddings, holidays and post pregnancy.
- The ability to run 3 miles without stopping.
- Reducing body fat percentage.
- Training for a specific sporting event such as a marathon, 10km and triathlons.
- Become generally healthier and fitter to be able to play with your children for longer.

Please note an extra £5 per hour will be added in peak times (6am-8am and 6pm-8pm)
